What do I unlock when I subscribe?
You unlock sentence practice, gaps, sentence building, review, listening, pronunciation, progress tracking and new Study Club activities.
Does the yearly plan renew automatically?
Yes. The yearly subscription renews every 12 months. After creating your account, you can open the billing portal to manage or cancel the next renewal.
Does this replace Anki or Duolingo?
It does not have to. The difference is training from real sentences in the same ecosystem where you already look things up — with active production, audio and saved progress.
Do I need to already know Japanese?
No. Study Club helps both beginners and learners who already study but want more regular practice.
Why is there no monthly plan?
Because Study Club is built around returning, reviewing and continuing. One loose month often becomes a quick test, not a habit.
Does the lifetime plan include future improvements?
