What data we may store
When you use SKSensei, we may store account data such as name, email, access status, points, level and activity progress. During purchases, we also keep the information needed to confirm payment and unlock the correct plan.
If you use the contact page, we store your name, email, subject, message and request language so we can respond or organize the request internally.
How the data is used
Account data exists to authenticate sessions, unlock the member area, track progress and preserve a personalized experience. Checkout data exists to validate access, synchronize payments and manage membership status.
Contact messages are used only to answer questions, review partnerships, support requests, feedback or project-related matters involving SKSensei and Suki Desu.
Services involved
Checkout and billing use Stripe as the payment provider. We also rely on hosting and operational services that help us keep login, security, uptime and access delivery working properly.
We do not promise absolute anonymity in a web application, but we do work to reduce unnecessary collection and keep the operational footprint lean.
Security, retention and contact
We take reasonable measures to protect accounts, payments, member access and messages sent through the form. We keep data only while it remains necessary for account operation, progress history or support.
